Board Bios

Gina Schneider (President)

Gina Schneider, resides in Saratoga County in upstate New York, with her husband, Trevor, and their two children, Stephen and Mary. Their three older children live outside the home. Trevor and Gina have been married and practicing pharmacy for 30 years. While the family lived in San Diego, California, Gina was involved in serving the poor of Mexico, just south of the border, as a Missionary of Charity lay person. She organized medications, diapers, food and clothing to be collected and delivered personally to an orphanage run by Mother Teresa’s Sisters of Charity. Gina obtained her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology before moving to upstate, New York. Trevor, originally from South Africa, always had an interest in contributing in some way to Africa and its people. The friendship between two Tanzanian priests, Fr. Laurenti Magesa and Fr.Alexander Choka, and the Schneider family resulted in the beginning of the Friends of Musoma Society.
