Friends of Musoma Society is a charitable organization which was born in December of 2003 out of friendship and commitment to the health care and education of the poor in the Musoma-Mara region of Tanzania, Africa.

With the joint effort and cooperation between friends in both countries, the USA and Tanzania, we work together to alleviate the suffering of the poor by improving health care and education.

We are a hand-to-hand charity, which simply means that 100% of donated money and supplies are delivered personally to the people in need by friends who travel from the USA to Tanzania at their own expense.
